6:30-6:40 – Meet everyone, first round of coffee served
6:40-7:00 – Conversation
7:00 – Second round of coffee served, switch conversation groups
7:00-7:20 – Conversation
7:20 – Third round of coffee served, switch conversation groups
7:20-7:40 – Conversation
7:40-8:00 – End of coffee sampling, independent conversation
